Portal Registration Steps
Follow these quick steps to set up your digital profile:
Visit the official “LTO Portal” website.
Click on the “Registration Now” Button.
Read the Terms of Agreement carefully, click “Yes” and accept.
Enter the Security Code shown on the screen and click “Next.”
Choose your Registration Type (Individual or Organization).
Declare if you have a Philippine driver’s or conductor’s license.
Confirm your Nationality and enter ACR details if needed.
Click “Create Account” and check your email for the verification link.
Registration For Individuals
Access the official LTO Portal website and hit “Registration Now”.
Select “Registration For an Individual”.
Answer the license prompt: Do you have a Philippine Driver or Conductor License? Click Yes or No.
Confirm your Nationality.
Input your Personal Information (Full Name, Birthdate, Mother’s Maiden Name).
Provide your Contact Information, hit “Create Account”, and verify your email.
Registration For Organizations
Head to the official LTO Portal and click “Registration Now”.
Select “Registration Enroll as an Organization”.
Input your Organization Details: Name, Telephone No., Branch, Email, Business ID, and TIN.
Enter your designated Representative’s information and complete the Address fields.
Click “Create Account” and look for the activation email sent to the company address.
